Do you work around our trading hours?

Always. Most hospitality work is done early mornings, late evenings or on quieter days so your service isn't disrupted. We plan the timing with you before we start.

What happens if the EPOS goes down on a Saturday night?

Call us. We offer same-day response with a 4-hour SLA, and for hospitality clients we work around the trading week so you're not left waiting until Monday.
