Our story
Started in Liverpool, trusted across Europe
Smart Wave IT was founded in Liverpool by Danny and Louis. We started out pulling Cat6 cable and setting up tills for local restaurants and bars, the kind of jobs where your network has to be ready before the lunch rush.
Word travelled. A handful of restaurant clients turned into a steady stream of hospitality and retail work, and before long we were on the road for multi-site rollouts across Europe. We have now installed cabling, Wi-Fi, EPOS, CCTV and alarms in 9 countries: Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, France, Kosovo, Austria, Slovakia, Ireland and the Netherlands.
Despite the air miles, our base is still a workshop in Liverpool. That matters. When a Liverpool client calls about a downed till at 11am, we are with them by lunchtime, because most of our team is 20 minutes from your front door.
Today we operate as a full-service IT partner: same-day response, a 4-hour SLA on critical issues, and one invoice for cabling, Wi-Fi, EPOS, CCTV, access control and alarms. No outsourcing, no finger-pointing between vendors.
