80+ venues, 9 countries, one project lead: a multi-site European hospitality rollout

The challenge

A multi-site hospitality operator was opening venues fast across Europe and ending up with a different IT stack in every country. Local installers worked to local habits, kit varied site to site, and the operations team in head office had no consistent way to support the floor when something went wrong. They wanted one partner who could specify the standard, ship the kit, manage local crews, and stay accountable end to end.

What we did

We built a single venue blueprint covering structured Cat6A, a UniFi network, EPOS Now tills with kitchen display, and Hikvision CCTV. One project lead in Liverpool ran the whole programme, coordinating local install crews in each country, holding them to the spec, and taking the call when something needed escalating. Pre-build kits were prepared and labelled in the UK, then shipped to each venue with installation runbooks. Every site went live with the same dashboard and the same support process behind it.

The outcome

Over 80 venues opened across Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, France, Kosovo, Austria, Slovakia, Ireland and the Netherlands on the same standardised stack. Head office gained one operations dashboard, one supplier relationship and one phone number to call. New venue go-lives shortened as the playbook matured, and support escalations now route to a single team that already knows the rack.
